Skilled Trade Labor and Equipment Operation
Sequence works hard to support a wide variety of skilled trade labor and equipment operations for our clients through recruitment and placement of highly capable staff, management and executive level personnel. We are well versed in these varied facets and undertakings.
The construction of a structure involves an infinite number of tasks performed by a variety of specially trained workers. These tasks begin in the earliest stages of construction with the leveling of the land and then progress to laying the foundation, erecting the frame, installing plumbing and electrical outlets, and culminating with the installation of drywall and the final finishing details.
Each of these tasks requires special skills and training to be done correctly and so all construction projects will need workers with the right experience and expertise to do the work correctly. Most construction projects will also require the use of specialized heavy equipment and will therefore need operators who are trained and certified to operate such equipment. These vehicles can range from a simple flatbed truck to an eight ton bulldozer.
