OSHA Risk Assessment

All environmental personnel who may be required under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 will receive the required medical monitoring and training that may be necessary before working on any job site.

Sequence maintains OSHA compliance records on file for all contract employees.  We will automatically update and ensure retraining of any contract employee on your site as 29 CFR 1910.120 compliance issues arise.  This is done at no cost to you, so long as the employee remains on Sequence’s payroll.

Sequence contract employees may have to complete one or more of the following training requirements for OSHA compliance if required by state or federal law:

  • 40 HR HAZWOPER (29 CFR 1910.120)
  • 8 HR Refresher (29 CFR 1910.120)
  • 8 HR Supervisor Refresher (29 CFR 1910.120)
  • Confined Space Entry (29 CFR 1910.146)
