Sequence can act as your recruiting agent to fill one or more permanent positions within your organization. These can range from entry- and field-level, to management- and executive-level positions.
Working closely with you, we define the specifics of the position you wish to fill and create a set of standards, requirements, qualifications and traits that you are seeking in a prospective employee. We then undertake the extensive process of seeking out specific candidates that match your requirements through a host of networks and mediums.
After screening these individuals, we team with you to help evaluate the best candidates for final interviews and hiring by your organization. We then work with you to make a final decision, close and formalize the offer with the prospective employee. You directly hire the final candidate onto your payroll as a permanent employee and pay us a fee for our recruiting service.
