Billing Rates and Fees

Sequence is committed to providing some of the industry’s most competitive rates for all of our service and employment solutions.  Set fees for direct-hire recruiting are agreed upon prior to recruiting beginning on projects; our fees often reflect lower than standard industry rates as we enter into long term relationships with clients.

Billing rates for all short and long-term contract employees are determined and quoted before the employer begins a work assignment.  Many factors are used to determine rate structures, including experience and skills, length of assignment, location, difficulty of project tasks and partnership relationships.

We will provide a fair billing and pay rate for all employees.  Employment and overtime compensation rates will be billed based in accordance with all federal and state laws and regulations that may apply.
